Cancellation Policy

1. Service Engagements & Retainers

  • Once a project, campaign, or monthly retainer has commenced, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • For recurring retainers, a minimum notice period of 30 days is required unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
  • Work completed up to the effective cancellation date will remain payable.

2. One-Time Projects

  • Cancellations requested after work has commenced are not eligible for a refund.

If cancellation is requested before any work has started, eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative or onboarding fees.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, partially completed, or in progress.
  • Payments made for strategy, consulting, audits, setup, onboarding, advertising account configuration, research, or planning phases are non-refundable.
  • Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, or others) is non-refundable and governed solely by the respective platform’s policies.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with results, performance metrics, or unmet expectations, as outcomes are influenced by factors beyond our control (refer to our Terms of Service).
Any exception to this policy will be made solely at the discretion of Gravitas AI Marketing and must be confirmed in writing.

Suspension or Termination by Gravitas AI Marketing

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:
  • There is a breach of agreed terms
  • Required information, approvals, or access are not provided in a timely manner
  • There is abusive, unethical, or unlawful behaviour
  • Continued engagement may expose us to legal, reputational, or operational risk
In such cases, all completed work up to the termination date will remain payable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Gravitas AI Marketing to attempt resolution. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in immediate service termination and recovery actions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy and any disputes arising from or relating to it shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

By engaging our services or using this website, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India for the resolution of any disputes.
